US President George W. Bush will go ahead with his planned Asian tour next month despite last week's horrific terrorist attacks. White House press secretary Ari Fleischer said President Bush and South Korean President Kim Dae-jung expressed anticipation over their upcoming meeting in Seoul during a phone conversation Wednesday. Fleischer affirmed this was an implicit confirmation that, at least for now, Bush will travel to Japan, South Korea, and China ahead of October's Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum in Shanghai.
