The Korean Consulate in New York announced Sunday that two Koreans had been confirmed dead and 16 were listed as missing following the terrorist attacks on New York and Washington. The two dead were named as Doctor Kim Ji-soo and Lee Dong-chul, an aviation engineer.

The consulate added that 13 Koreans were hospitalized for their injuries in St. Mary’s Hospital New Jersey and 14 in St. Vincent’s, New York.
