Korea's senior and under-23 football teams will face off in two charity matches next month, the Korea Football Association said on Tuesday.
The matches will be held to raise money for people who are struggling economically due to the coronavirus epidemic.
The senior team, under Paulo Bento, and the under-23 squad, led by Kim Hak-bum, will play each other in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province on Oct. 9 and 12.
The teams will play for prize money of W100 million, which will be donated under the winner's name to those hit hard by the epidemic (US$1=W1,164).
