It is now mandatory for people to wear a mask while ordering and waiting for food or drink in a café.
"The government has now separated quarantine measures for coffee shops from those of restaurants and made them tougher," Vice Health Minister Kim Gang-lip said last week.

Jeong Eun-kyeong, the chief of the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said, "We only lifted the ban on small religious gatherings on July 24 but are now at a point where we may need to bring tougher measures back."
Infections have risen to double-digit figures as the lockdown was eased.
Korea reported 28 new cases on Monday morning, 17 of them from churches and other small gatherings, bringing the total to 14,626.
