Korea's professional baseball league starts holding practice games without fans from Tuesday in preparation for the new season. No fans will be allowed in the stadiums.

To stop the spread of coronavirus, players are required to wear protective facemasks in all areas except on the field, in the dugout or in the clubhouses.

Physical contact, including high-fives and handshakes, and spitting are also prohibited.

All umpires, coaches, managers or non-players involved in the game have to wear masks and sanitary gloves.

The Korea Baseball Organization's 10 teams will play a total of 20 practice games, which will be broadcast live on TV.
