Hwan-hee of K-pop duo Fly to the Sky was caught in a fender-bender while driving under the influence on Saturday, according to police.
Hwan-hee (38) collided with a car that was trying to change lanes in Yongin, Gyeonggi Province at 6 a.m.
An insurance agent who arrived at the scene of the accident to assess the damage got suspicious and reported the singer to police.
A breathalyzer test showed Hwan-hee had a blood alcohol content of 0.061 percent, which is enough to have his driver's license revoked. Police plan to question the singer next week.
Hwan-hee wrote a message on his fan club's website after the accident saying, "I will fully cooperate with the police investigation and am ready to accept any punishment."
