More Koreans Brought Home from Wuhan

    Another group of some 140 Koreans and their Chinese families have been evacuated from Wuhan, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak.

    A chartered plane carrying them arrived at Gimpo International Airport on Wednesday morning. After a medical check-up, they will be quarantined for about two weeks at a temporary shelter in Icheon, Gyeonggi Province.

    The Korean government has sent three planes to Wuhan and evacuated about 780 Koreans, while another 100 remain in the city because they cannot leave their work or home there.
