The number of flights from Korea to Japan is expected to drop this winter as Koreans continue to boycott the neighboring country following its restriction on exports to Korea in a spat over compensation for wartime forced labor victims.

According to winter schedules at Narita International Airport in Tokyo, just 328 flights will fly to and from Korea per week over the next five months, down for the first time in three years by 18 percent on year.
