President Moon Jae-in flew to Bangkok on Sunday for a three-nation tour of Thailand, Myanmar, and Laos.
His week-long trip comes ahead of a special summit with ASEAN that Korea is scheduled to hold later this year.

It's the first official visit to Thailand by a Korean president in seven years. With the two sides celebrating their 60th year of diplomatic relations last year, Moon and Thai Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha want to further cooperation, especially in business.
Moon will deliver a keynote speech at a Korean-Thai forum centered on the fourth industrial revolution.
