Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon will embark on a 10-day trip to four countries across the Asian continent on Saturday.
The first stop is Bangladesh, where he and his counterpart will discuss ways to boost cooperation in diplomacy, security, trade and other areas. Lee will then head to Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan in the first visits to those two countries by a sitting Korean prime minister.
On the last leg of the trip, he will visit Qatar and discuss ways to expand joint projects in construction and infrastructure.
Lee will return home on July 22.
