President Moon Jae-in arrived in Norway on Tuesday as part of his eight-day trip to Scandinavia. He will attend a business forum in Oslo where he is to express his vision for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula.
On the previous leg in Finland, Moon said Korea has a lot to learn from the motherland of the once-mighty IT firm Nokia.
Attending a business forum for entrepreneurs from both countries in Helsinki, Moon praised the country's innovative business environment.
Moon said the two sides will strengthen their ties in nurturing start-ups.
Both sides also agreed to cooperate in the healthcare sector to deal with their aging populations.
