Kang Sung-hoon won the AT&T Byron Nelson in Dallas, Texas on Sunday.
It was the first PGA title for Kang after 159 appearances since his debut in 2011.
Kang carded a 23-under 261 to win by two strokes over joint runners-up Matt Every and Scott Piercy of the U.S. and picked up the trophy.
Kang became the sixth Korean to claim a PGA title after eight-time PGA Tour winner Choi Kyung-ju, Yang Yong-eun, Bae Sang-moon, Kim Si-woo and Noh Seung-yul.
