Exports of Instant Noodles Set to Reach New Milestone

Exports of instant noodles are on track to reach US$400 million this year for the first time.

Korea Agro-Fisheries and Food Trade Cooperation said Wednesday exports reached a record $385 million by the end of November, up from $345 million on-year.

The increase seemed to be mainly due to the growing popularity of instant noodles in the U.S. and Southeast Asia.
