Parts of Gyeonggi, Gangwon and North Chuncheong provinces are expected to see 2-5 cm of snowfall, while 1-3 cm is forecast for Seoul.

The snowfall will lower air temperatures, with morning lows expected to be closer to -10 degrees Celsius in many parts of the country over the weekend.
