The White House has started selling a new coin commemorating U.S. President Donald Trump's summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un after the last, premature one was widely ridiculed.
The fresh coin looks a little different and also shows the name of South Korean President Moon Jae-in.
The front of the coin shows embossed images of Trump and Kim against a garish background of their flags, much like the previous version. Only the reverse is different, replacing a picture of the White House and Air Force One with a dove bearing an olive branch. The word "historic" appears in both Korean and English.
A raised outer ring recognizes the meeting between Moon and Kim at the truce village of Panmunjom on April 27.
About 5.7 cm in diameter, the coin costs US$49. The White House will produce two more commemorative coins with different designs.
