Korea had a disappointing performance in a football friendly against Jamaica on Tuesday, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

Korean defense was not in best form during the match in Turkey, allowing the first goal just five minutes in. Jamaica is ranked No. 55 in the world, four notches higher than Korea.

The one bright spot was striker Kim Shin-wook, who scored both goals for the team. He took advantage of his 196-cm height with two headers. He also led the national team to a 1-0 victory with a header in another friendly against Moldova last Saturday.

Just last month, he scored two goals in the final match of the EAFF E-1 Football Championship, where Korea beat Japan 4-1 and defended the regional title.

His performance has helped earn the team's confidence in him as among the most reliable players on offense along with Song Heung-min.

The footballers have been having pre-World Cup training in Turkey and will play their final friendly against Latvia on Saturday.
