Teen golfer Choi Hye-jin, who finished second as an amateur at the U.S. Women's Open in July, will enter Korea University next year.
Choi's management agency said on Tuesday that she was accepted to Korea University, one of Korea's best universities.
Before turning pro in August, Choi won two KLGPA titles this year and was runner-up at the U.S. Women's Open, a major event, which was her first appearance on the LPGA Tour, making her a "teenage amateur sensation."
