Korean national football team manager Shin Tae-yong wants his team to show more aggression in upcoming friendlies against Colombia and Serbia.

Speaking to reporters before a training session in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province on Monday, Shin said, "The players must be willing to go one step further in every aspect. The opponents may possess more individual skill, but it's up to each player to fill the gap by being stronger mentally."

Korea will play against Colombia on Friday in Suwon and against Serbia next Tuesday in Ulsan. Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur and Ki Sung-yueng of Swansea City will lead the team's attack.

Colombia and Serbia boast star-studded lineups including James Rodriguez of Bayern Munich and Cristian Zapata of AC Milan for the former and Aleksandar Kolarov of AS Roma for the latter.
