LG has launched its latest V30 flagship smartphone in the U.S. through all five major mobile operators there, the company said on Thursday. The phone was released in Korea on Sept. 21.
LG said it will set up booths at mobile outlets and electronic shops so consumers can try out the V30's high-performance cameras and audio features.
"The V30 will build on the popularity of its predecessor the V20," an LG staffer said.
The V20 sold over 200,000 units in 10 days after its U.S. release in October last year, which helped the electronics giant boost its market share in North America by 1.4 percentage points on-year to 20.2 percent in the first quarter of this year.
LG will next roll out the V30 in Europe, South America and Asia.
