Air Busan announced on Tuesday that it will be the first low cost carrier to start flying from Ulsan airport regularly.
Air Busan plans to fly between Ulsan and Gimpo as well as Ulsan and Jeju, twice per day, both ways from Nov. 30.
"We expect this will serve not just people in Ulsan but also in nearby cities such as Gyeongju and Pohang," the airline said.
Air Busan, founded in 2008, started off with a route connecting Busan and Gimpo. Now, the company has over 20 regular routes both domestic and international from Busan, and one domestic route and five international routes from Daegu.
