Actress Ha Ji-won will attend the world premiere of her latest film, John Woo's "Manhunt," at the Venice International Film Festival next month.
The action thriller is a collaboration between producers from Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan and Woo's native Hong Kong. Ha, who plays a killer in the film, stars alongside Zhang Hanyu of China and Japan's Masaharu Fukuyama.
The film is about a prosecutor who fights a long battle to clear his name after being framed for a murder. It is scheduled to be released across Asia later this year.
Ha is interrupting her current shoot on an upcoming medical drama, which starts next week, to fly to Venice on Sept. 6. The festival starts next Wednesday and will end on Sept. 9.
