Warmer temperatures on Thursday may have people feeling like spring is around the corner.
According to the Korea Meteorological Administration on Tuesday, "Daytime highs are expected to reach 10 degrees Celsius in Seoul and 15 degrees in Busan and Gwangju.
In most parts of the country, temperatures will be four to five degrees higher than previous years in February, similar to temperatures seen in mid-March."
It will continue to be warm in southern parts of the country for the remainder of the week, with daytime highs reaching 15 degrees in Daegu and Gwangju. But in Seoul, the temperature will drop again on Friday as it will start to rain on Thursday night.
