Korea will play warm-up matches against Cuba and Australia in late February, just ahead of the World Baseball Classic, which is slated to begin on March 6.
The Korea Baseball Organization on Thursday said Korea will face Cuba twice on Feb. 25 and 26, and Australia on Feb. 28 at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul.
Korea has an edge over both countries in their head-to-head records.
Cuba and Australia are grouped with Japan and China. The top two teams from each group will advance to the second round, which starts on March 12.
