The U.S. displayed a supersonic strategic bomber at Osan Air Base in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi Province over the weekend.
The B-1B Lancer was displayed as part of events hosted by the 7th U.S. Air Force and Korea's Air Force Operations Command.
After taking off from Guam, two B-1B bombers zipped around Korean skies on Sept. 13 and 21 in a show of force reacting to North Korea's latest nuclear test.
One of them touched down at the Osan base and was later displayed to visitors.
The aim of the PR exercise was apparently to reassure the South Korean public.
