U.S. Republican Party presidential candidate Donald Trump on Tuesday denounced the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement as a "disaster."
Speaking at a rally in Virginia, Trump accused rival candidate Hillary Clinton of pushing the bilateral trade agreement through in 2011, when she was secretary of state.
Trump has previously called for a re-negotiation of the pact in efforts to win over disaffected working-class voters in the U.S.
At another rally in Ohio on Monday, Trump said the trade pact "killed" U.S. jobs and moaned that Americans buy their TVs from Korea instead of making them themselves.
As an example he cited the obscure TV maker Sylvania, which ignominiously went out of business.
