A disgraced former spokesman for President Park Geun-hye has resumed his blog three years after being fired for molesting an intern on a trip to Washington.
Yoon Chang-jung was fired during Park's state visit to Washington in May 2013 after allegedly groping an embassy intern and exposing himself to her while blind drunk.
He disappeared from the public eye after first trying to blame the intern in a tearful press conference.
On Tuesday he wrote on his blog, "I plan to post autobiographical essays from Monday through to Friday every week to communicate with readers."
The immediate occasion seems to have been that the statute of limitations for his offense expired on May 23, and prosecutors in the U.S. did not indict him.
"After three years of waiting, justice has prevailed in the end," he wrote. "But my life has been messed up and I'm still a target of a witch hunt."
