Kang-in of boy band Super Junior has been booked for driving under the influence.

According to police, he hit a street light in Sinsa-dong, southern Seoul early Tuesday morning. Later in the morning he turned himself into the police station and admitted to drunk driving.

He told the police, "I remember I hit something but I didn't know it was a street lamp."

His blood alcohol level stood at 0.05 percent, enough to have his driver's license suspended.

In October 2009, Kang-in was also booked for drunk driving after hitting two taxis and fleeing the scene. He was fined W8 million at the time (US$1=W1,194).
