Most Hair Loss Products Remain Ineffective

      The market for hair loss related products and services has grown remarkably, but the level of satisfaction still remains low.

      In a survey by the Korea Consumer Agency, a mere 66 out of 490 respondents or 13.5 percent said they were satisfied with the products or services they had used over the last three years.

      The level of satisfaction for 286 people who used services to prevent or manage hair loss in hair clinics also remained low at 17.8 percent.

      In contrast, more than a half of respondents said they thought such products would help stop their hair loss problems.
