Lotte chairman Shin Dong-bin plans to move into a luxury condominium in the new Lotte World Tower in southern Seoul.

The 70th floor of the 123-story tower, slated for completion next year, will house three split-level luxury condominiums and Shin will live in the biggest one. The walls are made of glass with a panoramic view of the city.

Lotte plans to offer the other units to Korea's super rich. The units are sold bare so clients can decorate them as they wish.

Lotte founder Shin Kyuk-ho is also set to move into an office space for his personal use on the 114th floor. The tower will house one private office per floor from the 107th to 114th stories.

The skyscraper also houses hospitals, banks and other commercial facilities on floors 1 to 12, offices on the 14th to 38th floors, luxury residences on the 42nd to 71st floors, hotel rooms on the 74th to 100th floors and observation towers from floors 116 to 123.
