The Summer Universiade in Gwangju is just 50 days away.
Nearly 20,000 athletes and officials from 170 countries are expected to attend the sports competition geared towards university students and recent graduates aged between 17 and 28.
Korea will field 760 athletes and officials, its largest delegation ever, and aims to finish in third place.
The roster includes Olympic gold medalists such as gymnast Yang Hak-seon, badminton player Lee Yong-dae and archer Ki Bo-bae as well as rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon-jae, who won Korea's first gold medal in the sport at the Incheon Asian Games last year.
Gwangju is the third Korean host city of the event after Muju in 1997 and Daegu in 2003.
This year's Universiade will take place from July 3 to 14.
