The world's largest coffee mug, measuring 3 m in height and 2.6 m in diameter, was revealed at Caffé Bene's roasting plant in Yangju, Gyeonggi Province, on Thursday.

The mug, verified by the Guinness Book of World Records, was part of a ceremony celebrating the new plant, which has an annual production capacity of 7,738 tons of coffee beans.

Caffé Bene plans to open 10,000 branches worldwide in the next six years.
