Samsung and LG have been included on a list of the world’s 100 most reputable companies released by Forbes on Wednesday.
Samsung tied Microsoft for 10th place with a score of 75, according to the joint survey conducted by the U.S. magazine and consulting firm Reputation Institute. Samsung ranked 16th last year.
LG came in 64th with a score of 68.8.
The most reputable companies were The Walt Disney Company and Google, which each scored 77.3. BMW and Rolex shared second place with a score of 77.2, followed by Sony (75.9), Canon (75.7) and Apple (75.6).
The survey was conducted of 60,000 consumers in 15 countries, including Korea and the United States. They were asked about product brands and companies they would like to work at.
