The weather will continue hot over the weekend, the Korea Meteorological Administration forecast Thursday, with the daytime high in Seoul and other areas reaching 26 degrees Celsius and in Daegu and Ulsan 30 degrees.
Temperatures are rising under the influence of high atmospheric pressure and warm southwesterly winds blowing into south.
But mornings and nights will remain cool at below 15 degrees in many regions. The temperature difference can reach some 15 degrees.
The skies are expected to be clear on the weekend throughout the country.
