Korea and its two rivals at the group stage in the World Cup in Brazil this summer -- Russia and Belgium -- have all been allocated red uniforms, forcing fans here to figure out in advance who wears what color when they face off.

Red has long been Korea's color, worn in all in successful World Cup games to date, and the fans are known as the Red Devils.

Moreover, a number of experts remain convinced that red gives the wearers a psychological advantage because of its associations with aggression and strength.

Analysts predict that Korea will have to wear the team's white away uniform against Russia, and their signature red against Belgium and Algeria.
