Korea is the most innovative country in the world, according to Bloomberg, which awarded it a score of 92.1 out of 100 for its ability to innovate. Korea ranked second last year.
The annual survey looked at 215 countries and based its rankings on seven factors. Korea came second in the categories of patent activity and manufacturing capability, while its weakest area was productivity, ranking 33rd.
Sweden was the second-most innovative country, followed by the U.S., China and Japan.
