Korean Team Arrives in Los Angeles for World Cup Tune-Up

The Korean national football team arrived in Los Angeles via São Paulo on Tuesday. This followed a weeklong training session in Foz do Iguaçu, Brazil, where the players will be based during this year's World Cup.

Manager Hong Myung-bo expressed his satisfaction with the training so far before leaving the Brazilian city, saying that the players and team staff are looking forward to several tune-ups planned ahead of the quadrennial showcase.

Korea will face Costa Rica in a friendly match in Los Angeles on Saturday.
