Rumors, deliberately planted or otherwise, are proliferating as the expected launch of Apple's iWatch approaches.
Reports now say it will have a smaller display than Samsung's Galaxy Gear. Market research firm NPD Display Search predicted on Wednesday that Apple is likely to choose either a 1.3-inch or 1.6-inch active-matrix AMOLED display for the iWatch.
The Galaxy Gear sports a 1.63-inch Super AMOLED display.
The electronics industry predicts that the iWatch will be lighter as it uses a flexible plastic OLED.
Meanwhile, NPD Display Search also forecast that iPhone 6 may have a 4.7-inch or 5.5-inch screen.
