Figure skater Kim Yu-na held a public practice session at an ice rink in Gyeonggi Province on Wednesday and talked about how thoroughly she has been preparing for next month's Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia.
Kim will compete in the Korean national championships this weekend at the same venue.
"As I'm about to retire, I don't think I'll have any regret as I believe I've given it my all," said the defending Olympic champion. "I'll think I'll mostly feel relieved and proud of myself."
She said she will focus on performing at the highest level in Sochi rather than obsessing about winning another gold medal.
At the nationals, Kim will compete in the short program on Saturday and the free skate on Sunday.
