A thrilled Korean audience was treated to the sight of a topless Justin Bieber during his first-ever performance in Korea on Thursday night, as the pop star stripped off his shirt for his last four songs at Olympic Park Gymnastic Stadium in Seoul.
A crowd of over 8,000 people laughed, cried, screamed and clapped with the world's hottest teen star, who opened his set with "All Around The World." He is currently on a global tour of 140 countries.
Bieber went on stage after taking photos and having a chat with nine VIP ticket holders, who each paid W1.45 million for the privilege (US$1=W1,074).
Despite his young age, Bieber proved once again that he is already a seasoned performer. At times, he tugged at the audience's heart strings, playing the guitar sitting in the middle of the stage alone. Later, while singing "One Less Lonely Girl," he invited a female audience member on stage to sit down with him and then hugged her, prompting screams of joy from around the arena.
G Dragon, a member of K-pop group Big Bang, appeared as a guest performer at the concert.
Bieber was treated to a Korean-style dinner by YG Entertainment in Hapjeong-dong on Tuesday.
