Arsenal striker Park Chu-young's bid to leave the English Premier League outfit looks to have failed as AS Saint-Étienne, which were reportedly pursuing him, have signed deals with two other players.
France's Ligue 1 club posted on their website on Sunday that they have added Turkish striker Mevlut Erding from Rennes and Frenchman Yohan Mollo from Nancy to their roster.
Saint-Étienne were previously said to be torn between Erding and Park as they sought a new partner for Brazilian Brandao in attack.
The latest announcement suggests they have now lost interest in Park, who has struggled with the Gunners this season and is frustrated at his lack of match time with the team.
Other French clubs that have expressed interest in him include Lorient and Rennes.
