Those anxious to see how Park Ji-sung will fare upon his return to PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch top flight must wait a little longer.
Park was not on the roster for the club's home game against the Go Ahead Eagles at Philips Stadium on Saturday. Local media reported that he was taken off the roster due to a minor injury.
Park, who was experiencing pain in one of his thighs before the loan deal with PSV was completed, had to watch the team's 3-0 victory from the stands. PSV has won all three of its games since the season started.
As Park's injury appears to be minor, he is expected to be fit for the game against AC Milan in the first round playoff of the UEFA Champions League this week.
