The Korea Swimming Federation has named 19 swimmers to represent the country at the World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona, Spain in July, but Beijing Olympics gold medalist Park Tae-hwan was excluded from the list.
The federation said Park had not trained sufficiently to justify his inclusion.
Meanwhile, Jeong Da-rae, a female gold medalist at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, made the squad.
