Actress Jo Yeo-jeong held a press event on Tuesday to promote her recently published book containing tips and advice on health and beauty.
It reveals the secrets and know-how she amassed as an actress over a 16-year period.
"I exercise for 30 minutes every day even when I'm shooting a film or drama. Saying that you don't have time is just an excuse," said Jo.
"Although I have to take care of my appearance because of my job as an actress, this is something that many women can relate to. However, it can be a pain sometimes."
