UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon is reportedly considering a visit to the inter-Korean industrial complex in Kaesong, North Korea.

Ban met with South Korean business delegates in New York on Tuesday, who told him they were concerned about rising tensions on the peninsula. Ban agreed with them about the need to relieve the burden on businesses but did not provide any details about a possible trip.

Despite tensions, business is continuing at the joint complex that combines South Korean capital and technology with cheap labor from the North.
