Psy's new record following his mega hit "Gangnam Style" is being released worldwide on April 13.

His agency YG Entertainment said Friday that the rapper plans to give a concert on the same day at the World Cup Stadium in western Seoul.

It is Psy's first to be released since he signed a contract with American talent manager Scooter Braun.

Psy posted a video on YouTube on Friday telling his fans around the world about the scheduled release of his next album and concert plans.

He is currently in Australia taking part in a dance music show called "Future Music Festival."
