Caffé Bene on Monday said the number of visitors to its first overseas branch in Times Square in New York, which opened in February last year, has exceeded 1 million.

The coffee shop chain was only founded in 2008 but now has over 750 outlets in Korea and several in China, with grand plans to expand elsewhere overseas.
