Kia Motors has introduced a program whereby buyers of the K-series models can ask for a replacement vehicle if they do not like their car, a spokesman said Sunday. They will have one month to change their minds.
Any buyer of the K3, K5, K7, or K9 can apply for a new car by the end of this month if their cars have run for up to 2,000 km 25 to 30 days after vehicle registration. Cars involved in an accident are excluded.
A Kia executive said, "We're giving customers an additional choice because many of them can't really decide which model they want."
