The blogosphere is buzzing with rumors that Samsung's newest smartphone, the Galaxy S4, will be released in April next year.

Though only speculation at this point, news blog Sam Mobile is reporting that the Galaxy S4 will include a full HD AMOLED screen, a Quad-core CPU processor and a 13-megapixel camera. It also said a cheaper version of the Galaxy Note 2 will be released some time next year in Europe.

It would come with toned-down specifications and not include a stylus or AMOLED display technology.
