Cleveland Indians' right fielder Choo Shin-soo failed to collect the Golden Glove, despite making the list of three finalists.
The winners were announced on Wednesday (Korean time), and the award for his position in the American League of Major League Baseball went to Josh Reddick of the Oakland Athletics. The other finalist was Jeff Francoeur of the Kansas City Royals.
The Golden Glove award is given to the player in each position in each league who displays the best defensive skills throughout the season. The winner is determined by a vote among the managers and coaches of 30 MLB teams.
