LG Electronics will offer upgrades for Android smartphones to the new Jelly Bean version from next month, a spokesman said Sunday.

The update of the Google OS for the Optimus LTE2 and Optimus G phones will be available in November and December, and for the Optimus Vu and the Optimus Vu 2 in the first quarter of next year.
